Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing a2m.one or using the a2m-submit CLI, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

A2M provides a registry and discovery platform for AI applications and MCP servers. It allows developers to submit project manifests via CLI or API, and allows users to browse and discover listed projects. The service is provided "as is" and may change or be discontinued at any time.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when authenticating via OAuth.
  • You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit listings for projects you do not own or have no right to list
  • Submit malicious, deceptive, or misleading project information
  • Include secrets, credentials, or private keys in submitted manifests
  • Use the API to scrape, flood, or otherwise abuse the service
  • Circumvent or attempt to bypass trust scoring or verification mechanisms
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the project information you submit. By submitting a listing, you grant A2M a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display, and index that content as part of the marketplace catalog.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant this licence and that your submitted content does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Trust scoring

A2M automatically scans submitted listings for reachable repository links and potential secret leakage. Trust scores are automated signals, not endorsements. A high trust score does not guarantee the quality, safety, or fitness for purpose of any listed project.

7. Removal of content

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms, is reported as infringing, or is otherwise deemed harmful, without prior notice. You may remove your own listings at any time via the CLI (a2m-submit --remove) or by contacting us.

8. Intellectual property

The A2M name, logo, website design, and CLI tool are the property of A2M. The CLI source code is released under the MIT licence — see the GitHub repository for details.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A2M shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for a free service, is zero).

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the effective date and notify registered users of material changes by email.
