Summary
agent-communication-mcp is a FastMCP server that gives your local AI agents a secure, authenticated coordination layer over the LAN. It exposes project and context discovery backed by the launcher-project-registry, scoped filesystem and artifact exchange tools, and A2A-shaped agent cards, task mailboxes, and task lifecycle management. Gateways enforce per-agent authorization scopes, so each agent only sees the projects, files, and tasks it is permitted to access.
